Do's and Dont's for Introducers

At Intasure, we are keen to provide the best possible service throughout our business, and as an Introducer for Intasure we have prepared some guidelines to assist you in your role.

Do

  • Pass a leaflet to all your customers and business contacts
  • Include a leaflet with your brochure and mailings
  • Display the plastic dispenser somewhere prominent
  • Suggest customers use the literature, website or telephone for more information
  • Link your website to Intasure’s and generate commission on all sales referred
  • Ask about advertising, we may be running a local campaign you can refer to
  • Include Intasure in all you press and advertising
  • Use our merchandising wherever possible

Don’t

  • Advise, Recommend or Sell Intasure products
  • Assist or complete the application for the customer
  • Handle Customers money in connection with Intasure products
  • Get involved in policy queries, there is a call centre specially setup for this service
  • Get involved with customers claims, refer them to the Intasure call centre

Always

  • Remember you are an Introducer for Intasure, not a salesman
  • Encourage your customers to read our literature, visit our website or telephone our call centre
